Let Betsy put her handouts and other WOW tips into your own BIG IDEA Journal. Betsy has combined her teaching tips with her book writing skills with this fun new idea development tool and YOU can have their own custom “purpose built” books.

Training Review with Crazy KaraokeAdd really crazy creative energy and review a full day of training…..in song!
Betsy will orchestrate her “Crazy Karaoke” creative review as teams create their own rap songs using lyrics from the day’s training. A fun contest with “people’s choice” awards for creativity, best review and more. Training includes the rental or purchase of a Karaoke system and music library that would be a fantastic tool for any program or event.
Optional activities: Give the Karaoke system away as your grand prize or giveaway; use the system for your own social events.

Join Betsy for a “Hats Off to YOU” make your own hat session. Betsy brings everything you need to decorate your own wacky and fun hat. Then we will talk about the hats we wear and the skills it takes to do our jobs with style!!
This activity is great for installation festivals and events, parades and picnics and is fun for any age.

Let’s Play:
Your Own Jeopardy Game ShowWhat is the most fun way to “test” our trivia knowledge and have some helpful review of the key concepts??
Let’s play Jeopardy YOUR Style!! Betsy brings the game show “kit” with 8 buzzers, the computer-driven game show and the sound effects machine. The really fun part is WE PROGRAM the questions, so we can have some customized competition.
Optional activity: Purchase a game show system to give away as a grand prize.
Create-An-Event Game
This interactive hands-on activity gets attendees to use their training to actually create an event.
Attendees divide into groups and work with an assignment and a set of props to showcase their creativity and planning skills. All groups present to the whole room so they can steal each other’s ideas.

How do we train all the staff that does not get to travel to the annual conference? How do we communicate success in the field and new ideas…………….the answer:
The Best of Training TV. “TV” in this case is the style of training with snappy short segments and lots of energy.
The “show” can be delivered by phone teleconference, on the web or by broadcast and might include segments like:
