Meet Betsy Wiersma

 

Art on Purpose is Betsy Wiersma’s brand of original art and inspired products, clothing, media and possibilities, delivered in workshops, retreats and travel adventures around the world!  Betsy is a social entrepreneur, podcaster, artist and maker, community organizer, philanthropist, and relentless cheerleader.

Betsy is known for BIG IDEA thinking and her ability to rally people around a common cause.  Betsy built the CampExperience™ Network and in 18 years raised over $1 Million for charities in Colorado and around the globe.  She hosts Boost Power Podcast, Sister Stories podcast, Sisters Strong podcast and her NEW UnderWired video podcast.   Her book, The STEW: Smart Talk Exceptional Women, features 62 inspired stories from women around the globe and over 100 pieces of her own mixed-media art.   Most recently Betsy is a featured artist and maker on the MadeTV Network.
